For new clients
Please allow up to an hour for your first appointment, where you will have a full and thorough physical examination. We request that you wear loose clothing as x-rays may be taken if clinically required. X-ray facilities are at specific sites and may need to be booked as an additional appointment. There will be no treatment on your first visit.

You will soon be contacted to arrange your Report Of Findings. This is where your practitioner will go through the findings of the assessment, their recommendations for care, payment options and it will be on this second visit that you can have treatment if desired. If you do receive treatment, there will be an additional charge.

For all clients
If you can no longer attend your appointment, we ask for 24 hours notice to reschedule this. We do reserve the right to charge you for the appointment if insufficient notice is given for non-attendance.
